From a young age, pupils at Sneyd Academy have the opportunity to experience and grow in leadership, perhaps representing their class as an Anti-Bullying Ambassador or School Council Member.

Upon reaching Year 6, they have the chance to apply to be on the Junior Leadership Team which is formed using a democratic process.

Children fulfil roles which help the whole school family, such as looking after the library or assisting the Lunchtime Supervisors with escorting children who might be in need of first aid.

The school is a happy and positive community.
